What we collect

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools.

When you write to us, we receive your email address, your name and the content of your message.

Like any hosting provider, Vercel keeps technical logs (IP address, browser, requested page) to keep the website secure and running.

The “Vérifié par Rustine” badge is loaded from Rustine’s servers, which receive your IP address in the process, as with any image hosted elsewhere.

Why

Your messages are only used to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a quote (pre-contractual measures).

Technical logs are used to protect the website against abuse (legitimate interest).

For how long

Conversations are kept for up to 3 years after the last contact if they do not lead to a contract, then deleted.

Technical logs are kept by the hosting provider for a short period, under its own policy.

Who has access

Your data is never sold or shared. Only our technical providers access it, for the service they provide: Proton (email, Switzerland) and Vercel (hosting, United States, transfers covered by the Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, deletion or portability of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to artwai.crispy456@passmail.net. We reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
